about eskillsmatch
We created a fully functional prototype with 3 layers of users, the career seeker, the employer, and the course provider. The career seeker could select an occupation (in ICT) to discover which competencies and hard skills are mapped. In the next step, they could assess those hard skills and the system would suggest courses in order to improve them. The platform was also providing an easy way for the user to create their ePortfolio in a timeline manner. The employer could search ePortfolios by filtering results according to competencies and hard skills. Finally, the course provider had the opportunity to add their courses in the platform and map their courses to the same framework.
eSkillsMatch was a 2-year project co-funded by European Commission Directorate General for Communications Networks, Content & Technology (DG CONNECT), Unit for Inclusion, Skills and Youth.

my role in brief
All designs were my full responsibility from concept, wireframing, prototyping to detailed screen designs. I was the SCRUM master of a small team of a senior developer and a junior. We collaborated very closely with the whole consortium team in order to build the requirements from the use cases and the UMLs. I also designed the project’s informational website.
